After either pressing enter or the login on my mouse pointer is shown with an hourgl next to it and both firefox and ie show no indication that a page is loading. I know that my information is correct since I can login on my palm centro. cookies are enabled and should have no other issues since I just completed a fresh install of xp pro.

In Texas, where do i get a form to modify a child support order?

I'm the non-custodial parent. My daughter lives in arizona, but Texas collects the child support. Custodial parent kicked my daughter out of the house (she's 17 now), and we need to get the state to stop payments to the mother since she's no longer supporting my daughter. We've been told to file a modification to the order. Tx attorney general does not have such a form on their site. Anyone know how I can get one. I can't afford an attorney since child support is $700 per month which leaves me broke in this crappy economy.

Hybrid cars are getting to be a big thing due to the price of gasoline, do they have hybrid yachts?

Although appealing there isn't much of a way to recapture energy in a boat. Hybrid cars 'save' the energy wasted when braking in a battery and use that to re-accelerate the car. Boats don't have brakes so no recapturing energy that way. I'd say that a sail boat with a kicker engine or those wind jammer yachts (that have large diesel engines) could be considered hybrids b/c they're using a combination of propulsion methods to move the vehicle (boat). Diesel electric subs (see WWII and earlier) could also be considered hybrids. Back to pleasure boats... I don't see an easy adaptation of hybrid tech (as you're thinking of it) to them.

In fact, the themometer and otoscope are not usuable without the disposable tip. The opthalmoscope isn't touching you, and doesn't need to be sterile. As far as the suction device goes- your mouth is far from sterile to begin with- so having the sterile tip is rather pointless, but it's rather unappealing to think it's just been wiped with a disinfectant since being in the mouth of the last person. Stethescopes don't require sterility, as there would be no point. They aren't used inside any part of anybody, and again are coming into contact with pretty unsterile spots to start with. No matter how sterile it might start out, the moment the doctor touched you, it would be contaminated with whatever was on your skin at that spot. Next time you are in the doctors office, just look for a box on the wall filled with little tips in tubes- those are the covers for the otoscope. The covers for the thermometer will be right next to it as well, as a rule. The tip for the suction device to go in your mouth is generally put on after the previous patient leaves, and before you arrive- but you can ask the technician if you like. The rest, you just don't have to be concerned about. You won't catch anything from either a stethescope or an opthalmoscope.

Weird. I think you should say less about approaching the choc, and focus more on why it gives you pleasure: the look of it and the taste. Cut off fat like "I then took it and then put it in my mouth", and change stuff like "letting my hands get the feel of it". Describe the feeling. 00' Lincoln LS Transmission problems- No D4, need help.?

I have 00' Ls that I just got from an auction house. It's automatic and you can choose d4 or d5 on the shifter but it does not go into d4 in any mode. At 70mph the rps are about 4000rpm and 4500 at 75mph. It should be lower at those cruising speeds. The last thing is some I accelerate at 3/4ths throttle the dash display takes D5 out and E shows up on the display. When this happens it will not go past 3rd gear until I shut it off and it shift normal again but still without d4. Check engine light is on and the code is p0795 which is Trans. Solenoid C. I heard that a bad 4-3 pre-stroke intermediate band control valve spring that trigers these codes. Any help from a professional or someone who's had this problem?

I got laid off from work about a year ago and i just got hired back last week. Over the year I was laid off i gained 20 lbs. What to feed 12 month old?

I had the same problem. By my son's first birthday he was still just snacking and drinking alot of milk. Cut out one of the bottles of milk and she will supplement with food. My son is almost 17 months old and to get him to eat 3 meals a day I kind of put him on a schedule fora while to start out. I would give him 7 oz milk in his cup when he woke up, breakfast 2 hrs later (food only and some water). Nap, then lunch (food and water/juice). Snack between lunch and dinner. Then food and water for dinner and 7 oz milk before bed. Now we just work with that, and he adjusted very well to it. Here are some of my sons favorites: french toast, waffles (no syrup), scrambled eggs, or breakfast sausage. For lunch or dinner he usually has what we eat, or at least one thing that we are eating for example, some kind of beans (he loves beans, esp. black beans and they're so healthy!), chicken, macaroni with sauce, meat, french fries, baked potatoes, turkey, grilled cheese, mac&cheese, whole wheat bread with er or cream cheese (one of his favorites). It's so much easier to just feed your baby what you are eating for dinner. Snacks usually include mini muffins, ritz crackers, blackberries, avocadoes, strawberries, apples, bananas, etc.

What should I do to redeem work reputation, get more respect, and earn promotion?

I work in an aviation production work environment with men, half prior military, half locals who either worked their way up through experience or vocational certifications. I am male myself and we all p the time by cutting on eachother. everyone dishes it out everyone takes it, that's just the way it goes. Sometime early in my 3 years here, I was disliked by a supervisor. I only found out that I was "blackballed" after I changed shifts voluntarily about 8 months ago. All the while, I was expecting a promotion. I asked my new boss what I could do to improve, but he wasn't familiar enough with the expectations of my job to know so he said he would ask my immediate managers and get back to me which lead nowhere. As of now, I am watching many people with less experience who do shotty work being promoted to the level I am working toward within their first year. I fear that I am being unfairly overlooked, disrespected, and trapped. Quitting is not an option because I enjoy the job itself, and nothing else in the area pays as well without a degree. I feel strongly that everyone should respect eachother enough to back off if the teasing starts to be taken too hard. I don't hit below the belt when cutting on people, but I'm afraid this is being percieved as weakness therefore costing me respect and reputation. It wouldn't be a big deal if being well liked wasn't a larger factor in promotion than quality, experience, and work ethic. I realize that HR is in place to help rectify these kind of issues, but being that I am a participant in the teasing, I really can't bring a revolution down on my work place without becoming a prime target from HR and my coworkers. My new boss on the shift has recommended me for promotion, which is good, but I had to prove myself worthy of the next level in order to achieve the one I feel I've deserved for years. I was recently evaluated as "average" even though I was asked to fill in for the floor managers over the holidays over 3 others who outranked me and 4 who didn't. What should I do? I feel like the boss would view an honest share of my concerns as me being a baby and looking a gift horse in the mouth for not being satisfied with my average yet promotable status. First and most importantly, have Block eqiupped to Sora, that'll help defend againest the stars and it causes her to stop attacking when they deflect and hit her back, letting you hit some combos. Don't worry about Leon attacking you, but just in case have Cure in handy at all times, And don't be hesitant abouit using Fire once in a while too when far away.

Should I disinfect my baby's toys?

I usually only disinfect the toys that my kids are most likely to put in their mouths. I also disinfect toys if any of my kids have been real sick, I know it won't kill them all, but it's does helps spreading to the others. They do need to be exposed to some germs to build up immunity, but I don't think it needs to be on toys that go in their mouths. If you want to protect your baby from bad germs, just make sure you wash hers/his hands frequently as well as yours. They are bound to get germs other places I know, but hopefully that will help a little.

In my office we do training and host events. Usually we go to places that provide their own speaker systems. My son is 4 1/2 months old and still does that. He is just very efficient with that one side and gets a lot fast and does not want the other side most of the time. He will let me know if after that side is empty, he still wants more but usually he just takes the one side for a few minutes and is done. As long as she is gaining weight and still having enough wet dypers it should be fine.

Not only are you taking responsibility for your bad decision and agreeing to leave and get rid of the cat right away, but also playing a pet deposit and continuing to pay rent through April. It sounds to me like you are pretty much agreeing to do whatever you can so that your roommate can stay there, I don't see how anyone could turn this offer down and yes it does sound realistic, perhaps even offering to do too much. You might be able to just let your landlord know your roommates situation and that he had nothing to do with the cat and then agree to git rid of the cat and leave. The best thing to do for your Honda CRX DX is repair the bearing, it's a 1 day job and you will feel comfortable for the next 5 years. Don't cut the belt, it design to moving other parts too. Just don't use the a/c is the easy way, a use of blower is fine. Other thing you can do is, follow a wire come out the compressor, you will find a wire connection to the a/c switch on the dashboard, disconnect the wire and the compressor will stop work even you set the temperature to the coldest. As long no load to the compressor, the bearing will stay off. What you see is only a pully not the bearing, if the magnet being connecting and shown by the middle of the pully is turning, this is the time that the bearing is start turning.

Any good anti-colic tips?

my 8 week old has crying fits usually twice a day that last anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours. he screams his head off and gets himself so worked up that he starts getting sweaty and his cry starts getting raspy. i make sure hes not hungry, has a clean diaper, i burp him, try rocking him, talking to him, give him a pacifier, putting him in his swing, ect...he usually stops crying after a while because he tires himself out eventually and pes out. is there anything different i could try to help shorten these episodes of crying fits? i'm going to be returning to work and taking cles soon and im afraid nobody will want to babysit him because he screams on the top of his lungs and theres no consoling him. any advice would be greatly appreciated...

How difficult is this piece to play?

It depends on your current level. That piece is an LRSM (Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music) exam piece. Meaning that it's equivalent to the level required of 3rd year piano majors in a conservatory. It may not look that hard because of the even rhythms, but it's actually quite hard to play well - there are countermelodies, inner melodic lines and the such contained within the steady stream of notes. You don't want it to sound like an exercise by hammering all the notes equally without regard for the melodic contours, harmonic progressions and the subtle nuances of colour in the writing. I've heard many young pianists play it when they're musically not ready to tackle that piece, and it just sounds plain awful and annoying - like a machine gun pounding your ears with sound all the time. The tempo will also be a challenge to anybody. However, if your technical skills are stable enough and you're mature enough musically, it's definitely a great piece to play, if just for the sake of challenging yourself. It took me at least 4 months to learn it properly, with all the harmonic colours. All the best!

Well it's hard to answer completely. Manny is a great fighter, but he's only fought mexican style fighters, or head first with really no defense. If Manny had beaten slick boxers in the past it would be much easier to answer. Mayweather is best slick boxer I've ever seen. We'll have to see when the fight gets made. I've seen Mayweather dispatch of Mexican style fighters, southpaws, boxers, brawlers, basically every style out there. He's outboxed all of them with ease. None of them are Manny Pacquiao though. We will have our answer hopefully sometime in the first half of next year.

Okay so my mum's uncle just died well we just found out about his ping, my mum isn't grief stricken at all...since she expected this would happen soon. My mum's aunt his wife is well crying her eyes out I don't know how the rest of the family is reacting to this. I don't feel anything, I was really close to him and I loved him with all my heart and he was a friend and a father figure to me. He was 79 turning 80 in September, He was very ill and actually in a sort of coma before he died and we all knew it was coming he had bone cancer, open heart surgeries, kidney problems...so very diseased old man, he was very kind and everything to me but I'm not upset, I feel fine, I mean I will miss him no doubt about it but I am no sad I am a little bit of course but i thought I'd be like drowning in tears, when I found out he was in the hospital I called my friend(whose now traveling)and I was literally pouring my eyes out until I didn't have any breath. Is there something wrong with me, do I have a heart made of stone or something because you know I figured I would be a wreck. Im not really seeing where the age discrimination really comes into play here. But I can say this, if there supervisor feels that the employee can not do his/her job due to medical reasons, they can let them go. However, that's where unemployment and disability benefits come into play. So you have to think outside the box on this issue. Either keep an unhealthy employee and risk a hazard in the work place or let them go to get healthy again and bring them back when he/she can preform the job again.

everytime now Iog onto my warcraft account when I finally enter the world everyone's names are "unknown" all my online friends, all the people around me, that lasts about 2 minutes... That's so cute! I think the best way to go about this is to be casual. Ask her if she is doing anything during the weekend and if would like to grab something to eat. You can do that with movies, places, hobbies, etc. Just make sure you are coy and confident about it. It worked on me a couple times.

Well, God bless you first off and you have to recognize that this is not a child problem, but an adult problem and their behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable. I don't really know why they are acting this way, but you did not cause this so don'tlet it drag you down--you've done nothing wrong. I think they see your Granpa's fiance and you as a threat to their "inheritance" and don't like it that you and your Grandparents love/loved each other so much and they are such a mess. Stop trying to fix this because it cannot be fixed. You can love and respect your mom and family but you don't have to take their crap. I wouldn't argue with them or anything like that, but just turn them off in your head when they start in, or say you have some place to go or something to do when they start in. Most of all, don't take this stuff to heart because by doing so they are killing your spirit and your rightful joy for life. In a few more years you'll have more freedom to do what you want and be away from them and out of their control. Keep your eye on the prize, which is your future. Your job right now is to study very hard in school and do your very, very best and you can make it be in honor of your Grandma. Start thinking about what you'd like to do "when you grow up." Do you want a trade like an electrician or plumber or do you want to go to college. Once you have a general idea, talk to your counselor at school and ask for guidance. You can also make an appointment with your guidance counselor to talk about your grief and how to deal with it. Like my little Granson says, "she makes you feel better." Bottom line--you can only control yourself and how you feel and react to adverse situations. You can't change anybody but yourself. Keep a positive attitude. Turning throttle cable to break n break to throttle??

I have converted the front brake lever into a throttle on a CR250. My buddy had a cast on and wanted to ride. I asked him what he could move and he said "My trigger finger". So I removed his front brake embly completely without opening the hydraulic lines. I installed a cable type front brake perch and lever,or a clutch perch and lever upside down. Then installed the throttle cable and a spacer to take up slack. His friends said he would die, but it worked well and he never tried to brake with it. Is your front brake cable or hydraulic?

It's a recession. Not supposed to be easy, sorry, not much we can do as we ourselves are strangers. My best advice is to take the matter into your own hands and present it to her as best as possible. Sonogram question?

Well i went to my first ob appointment on 8/23 and they confirmed im pregnant and sent me down for a sonogram. They said i was 15 weeks and 4 days at that time. My next appointment is 9/19 and i was wondering if they will do a sonogram so now i can know the of the baby since ill be 19 weeks. and another thing dont they do test to check the spinal cord and everything on the baby?

My girlfriends mum died earlier this morning what do I say to my girlfriend?

I was at work earlier today and lunchtime I checked my phone and I had 6 missed calls from my girlfriend. I didn't realise why she was calling me so much, because she knows I'll be working. Anyway so I called her back and she was in hysterics and couldn't speak properly to me, but she managed to tell me her mum had ped away early this morning. Her mum had been suffering from cancer and had to go into hospital, we all thought she was doing ok until that news came this morning that she had died. I don't know the full extent of her death and what happened. I haven't spoken to my girlfriend at all apart from this morning. I called her about 3 hours ago, but her sister answered and said that she wasn't feeling up to talking and that she was in a real bad way. I told her not to worry and to tell her i'm here for her and whenever she feels like talking to me, to let her know she can give me a call whenever. But what the hell do I say to her! I feel awful and It kills me to know that she is in such a bad state. I just want to hold her, but I can't it's really horrible. What does anyone say to someone after their parent dies!? She is the second oldest of three sisters, she is 19, her older sister is 22 and her younger sister is 11. I feel bad for all of them, but there isn't anything I can do.

I am no longer a teen, but when I was a teen ancient number of years ago (im 30ish) the suicide rate was high and now it is even more higher! Dragon Ball GT Super Saiyans?

I've been reading lots of FAQ about how in the Dragon Ball GT movie where Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. can go super saiyan, but others say that after the first generation of half human and half saiyan blood lines that they cannot become a super saiyan. This is because of having 1/4 saiyan and 3/4 human, they cannot have enough saiyan blood to do so. Also they say that a female can't become a super saiyan. My main computer is trapped in a perpetual state of update installation. The single update downloaded in a breeze but is unable to install. It's been over an hour.
