I had a quarrel with my bf?

and we did write each other a couple emails later that day blaming each other, and that was that... i hadnt heard from him for two weeks and I felt bad about it the whole time, so I decided to write him an email and he answered the same day saying in his mail that he did miss me but then went on to blame me again... does a man really love a woman if he ignores her for two weeks, is that easy for guys to do even if they love a woman? or is it a definite sign he doesnt care?
