Getting evicted.. landlord says I dont have 30 days, need clarification.?

You did a lot of damage for only one month. You can be evicted if you don't pay your rent. The landlord can get a 3-day not to pay up or quit. Before keeping your security deposit, she must give you a list of costs for each damage you did. You would have 30 days if you were not being evicted for non payment of rent, under normal cirstances.
