Will it hurt my chances of getting into schools such as Syracuse or Villanova?

If I did not take any AP courses in my pre-senior years besides my AP Spanish in Junior year but will take Calc AP and English AP during senior year. Will colleges know and consider that I am taking those cles in senior year.
