don't you have any friends you could tell this to? it really sounds like something that you need to address with the people involved. if you can't deal with this, i don't think you are ready for marriage yet. so, what would i do? not post this on the internet and deal with it. if you value your friend you need to apologize for her feelings getting hurt and being inconvenienced, then explain accountability and the impact of bad first impressions to greg.
