What sort of compensation do the models get on the Bravo TV Show: Shear Genius?

To anyone who has seen this show, I'm sure you've all noticed that on many occasions, the models' hair gets butchered. Horribly. I'm curious if they get any compensation for horrifying, irreversible haircuts. After all, it takes months for hair to grow back if it's done awfully...
