World of Warcraft problems?

everytime now Iog onto my warcraft account when I finally enter the world everyone's names are "unknown" all my online friends, all the people around me, that lasts about 2 minutes... I also cant do anything, no vendor or auction house windows will open, no gryphon master windows will open, I just run around SW doing nothing, I cant send or recieve tells from my friends and other players and nothing shows up in any of the channels, general or trade (and in SW you know there is alot going on in those channels) I cant even open my professions up or teleport :( someone plz help
