I gargled rubbing alcohol, should I call 911?

My throat is been hurting for days and now and a friend suggested to gargle Rubbing Alcohol, then I went online and did some research and I heard people saying it was toxic, I'm scared and having a panic attack, should I call 911? Am I in danger?
