Insulated Concrete Form construction for the houses and solar thermal evacuated tube collectors for hot water, heating and air conditioning (yes you can get air conditioning from a heat source instead of a compressor, it's called absorption chillers). Photovoltaics, wind and hydro for the remaining power needs. Hydro is important cause it's on demand and surplus energy from the other methods can be used to pump water back up to the reservoir.
