Dragon Ball GT Super Saiyans?

I've been reading lots of FAQ about how in the Dragon Ball GT movie where Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. can go super saiyan, but others say that after the first generation of half human and half saiyan blood lines that they cannot become a super saiyan. This is because of having 1/4 saiyan and 3/4 human, they cannot have enough saiyan blood to do so. Also they say that a female can't become a super saiyan. That could be true, but I have a new question that goes with that. I see that Pan can't go super saiyan because of being 1/4 saiyan and 3/4 human, but what about Bra. Bra is half saiyan and half human. She should be able to transform. I mean she is Vegeta's daughter, would he try to force her to go super saiyan like training with Trunks.
