OK so I'm 15 and have a 6month old baby am i a skank?

I'm a great mom i get home school from an online school so i do my work at night when my baby is a sleep i plan on being as dr i have the support of my family. I had at 1 and had her at 14 i take care of her i have help but i do it all i'm a good mom and i wish ppl would see that. so tell me what you think.
